مهارات حل المشكلات Problem – solving skills

المقدرة على التّفاعل مع المُشكلات/الأزمات/ النّزاعات على نحو خلّق؛ وذلك من خلال تنمية المهارات الأساسيّة الخاصّة بحُسن التّعبير عن الحاجات الأساسيّة والمطالب، والإنصات للغير والتّحاور معه بصورة بنّاءة، وتحليل المخاطر وتقدير الموقف بموضوعيّة.

The ability to interact with problems/crises/conflicts in a creative manner; that is through developing the basic skills related to the good expression of basic needs and demands, listening to others and constructive dialogue with them, analyzing risks, and assessing the situation objectively.
