المهارات الشخصيّة والمهنيّة اللازمة لوجود تفاعلات متينة بين الأفراد، بحيث تشمل مهارات التّواصل الفعّال بما في ذلك الإنصات وتقبُّل الآخر، القُدرة على التّعاطف مع الآخرين، القُدرة على إدارة الضُّغوط والأزمات بصورة مُتعقّلة، وكذلك القُدرة على تفهُّم مواقف الآخرين واستيعاب أبعادها حتّى ولو لم يتم التّصريح بها.

The personal and professional skills those are necessary for strong interactions between individuals, including effective communication skills, listening and acceptance of others, the ability to empathize with others, the ability to manage stress and crises in a reasonable manner, as well as the ability to understand the positions of others and accommodate their dimensions even if they are not stated.
