مشكلة أو موقف ما يحظى باهتمام المجتمع تسعى المنظمة إلى علاجه أو تغييره بصورة إيجابية وتصاغ القضية في شكل هدف أو نتيجة تسعى المنظمة إلى تحقيقه من خلال جهودة المناصرة.

A problem or situation of community interest and the organization seeks to remedy or change in a positive way, the issue is formulated in the form of a goal or a result that the organization seeks to achieve through its advocacy efforts.
