عصيان مدني Civil Disobedience

الانتهاك الواعي، سواءٌ أكان على المستوى الفردي أو الجَماعي، لقانونٍ أو لائحةٍ أو مرسومٍ ما، إذ يُنظَر إلى هذا الأمر المُنتَهَك على أنّه غير أخلاقي أو غير عادل، ومن ثمَّ يُصبِح من المقبول انتهاكه. وقد يكون العصيان المدني جُزءً من استراتيجية إحداث تغيير في بنية نظام ما أو إسقاطه برمّته.

The conscious violation, whether individually or collectively, of a law, regulation, or ordinance where the violated thing is seen as immoral or unjust and therefore it’s acceptable to violate. Civil disobedience may be part of a strategy to make a change in the structure of a regime or to bring it down entirely.
