رصد Monitoring

على مستوى البرامج الرصد هو عملية داخلية مستمرة لجمع المعلومات، تركز على المدخلات والمخرجات. أمّا على مستوى التنسيق، فرصد الوضع والاستجابة معًا مهم جدًا لرفع مستوى تأثير الجهود لحماية الأطفال في حالات الطوارئ. ورصد الوضع هو الجمع والتحليل المستمر والمنهجي للبيانات المتعلقة بالمخاطر، والشواغل، والانتهاكات، والقدرات الخاصة بحماية الطفل في سياق إنساني معيّن. أمّا رصد الاستجابة فهو القياس المستمر والمنسَّق للاستجابة الإنسانية في سياق إنساني (أي الأنشطة التي تخطّط لها وتنفّذها الجهات الفاعلة في المجال الإنساني) 

At the program level, monitoring is an ongoing internal process of information gathering, focused on inputs and outputs. At the coordination level, both situational monitoring and response are very important to increase the impact of efforts to protect children in emergencies. Situation monitoring is the continuous and systematic collection and analysis of data on child protection risks, concerns, abuses, and capacities in a given humanitarian context. Response monitoring is the continuous and coordinated measurement of humanitarian response in a humanitarian context (i.e. activities planned and implemented by humanitarian actors).
