حل النزاع Conflict Resolution

هُو مُساعدة أطراف الصّراع على فهم حاجات الأطراف الأخرى ومصادر الصّراع ومطالب ومصالح الأطراف، والعمل على إيجاد حُلول للصّراع. وعادة ما تلي هذه الخُطوة إدارة الصراع، وتهدف إلى إيجاد الترتيبات الدائمة للصّراعات.

Helping the parties to the conflict understand the needs of the other parties, the sources of the conflict, the demands and interests of the parties, and work to find solutions to the conflict. This step is usually followed by conflict management and aims to find permanent arrangements for conflicts.
