جمعيات خيرية Charities Associations

هيئة مؤلفة من سبعة اشخاص فأكثر غرضها الاساسي تنظيم مساعيها لتقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية للمواطنين دون أن تستهدف من نشاطها أو عملها جني الربح المادي واقتسامه أو تحقيق المنفعة الشخصية أو تحقيق أية أهداف سياسية ولا يشمل هذا التعريف الجمعيات السياسية أو الجمعيات أو الهيئات التي تنشأ بموجب قانون خاص.

A body consisting of seven people or more, whose main purpose is to organize its endeavors to provide social services to citizens, without aiming from its activity or work to gain and share material profit, achieve the personal benefit, or achieve any political goals. This definition does not include political associations, associations, or organizations established under a special law.
