بناء قدرات Capacity Building

قدرة المنظمات على القيام بالمهام التي تقوم بها بفاعلية وكفاءة واعتبارها عملية مستمرة تشمل تنمية الموارد بكافة أشكالها البشرية والمؤسسية والمالية والمعلوماتية ويشمل بناء القدرات التركيز على النظام أو الببيئة أو السياق العام الي يتفاعل مع خلاله الأفراد والمنظمات والمجتمعات. فهي تشمل تقوية المعارف، والإمكانيات، والمهارات، والموارد لمساعدة الأفراد، أو المجتمعات المحلّية، أو المنظمات من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المتفق عليها

Capacity building includes focusing on the system, environment, or the general context in which individuals, organizations, and societies interact. It includes strengthening the knowledge, capabilities, skills, and resources to assist individuals, communities, or organizations to achieve agreed goals.
