الوسيط Moderator

الوسيط شخصية مستقلة، ومؤهلة يتم تعيينها بناء على سلطتها المعنوية (أستاذ القانون، خبير في القانون الاجتماعي…(، ويختاره الطرفان بكل حرية يتكلف الوسيط باستشارة ممثلي الطرفين واستلام طلباتهما، وتعداد المشاكل الحقيقية، وتسهيل الاتصال والتواصل بين طرفي النزاع.
