الوساطة Mediation

عملية طوعية لحل النزاعات، يقوم فيها طرف ثالث مقبول لدى طرفي النزاع  بمساعدتهم على إيجاد حل لا يستطيعون الوصول إليه بأنفسهم. ويتم ذلك من خلال العمل على تحسين التواصل بين أطراف النزاع ومُساعدتهم على فهم النزاع وأبعاده بشكل أعمق، إذ تصبح لديهم القدرة على التوصُّل لحل للنزاع يُلبّي مصالحهم أو احتياجاتهم.

A voluntary conflict resolution process, where a third party acceptable to both parties to a conflict helps them find a solution that they cannot reach on their own. This is done by working to improve communication between the parties to the conflict and helping them to understand the conflict and its dimensions in a deeper way, so they have the ability to reach a solution to the conflict that meets their interests or needs.
