المساعي الحميدة Good Offices

الإجراءات غير الرسميّة التّي يقوم بها الوسيط بهدف حث الأطراف على الجلوس معاً على طاولة حوار، والتّمهيد لبدء عمليّة الحوار وترويج إمكانيّة الوصول إلى تسوية مقبولة لدى كلا الطّرفين. مثال ذلك؛ الجهود غير الرسميّة التي يتّخذها الوسيط في سبيل تهدئة الأوضاع بين الطرفين، وذلك من خلال إيضاح وجهات النّظر والتأكيد على سلامة نيّة كُل طرف والمُساعدة على تخطّي الآثار النّاجمة عن سوء التّواصل أو عن لغة الجسد المُنفّرة؛ سواءً أكانت غير مقصودة أو مُبالغ فيها.
