المتابعة Monitoring

تعتبر المتابعة من آليات الإدارة، وهي تعمل على مراقبة خطوات ومراحل تنفيذ المشىروع، وهىي عبارة عن نظام دوري للمراقبة بغرض التأكد مىن أن العمل يسىير وفقا، للخطة الموضوعة بالإضافة إلى مراقبة مدى التطور الذي وصل إليه العمل بالمشروع ومعالجة أي قصور في عملية التنفيذ، وعلى ذلك فإن المتابعة هي عملية منظمة ومستمرة لتقدير مدى التقدم في العمل على مدى فترة زمنية محىددة، وحيث أنها عملية رصد مستمر لحركة المشروع فهي تحتاج لمؤشرات ترشد على سىير المشىروع يتم صياغتها في مرحلة تصميم المشروع.

Monitoring is considered one of the management tools, and it works to monitor the steps and stages of project implementation, it is a periodic system of monitoring in order to ensure that the work is proceeding according to the set plan. In addition to monitoring the extent of development reached by the project work and addressing any shortcomings in the implementation process, so accordingly, the Monitoring is an organized and continuous process to assess the progress of work over a specific period of time, and since it is a process of continuous monitoring of the project’s movement, it needs indicators that guide the progress of the project to be formulated at the project design stage.
