العدالة التوزيعية Distributive Justice

أداة من أدوات الحُكم الرشيد، يلجأ إليها صانع القرار بهدف تقاسم الموارد والتّوزيع العادل للثّروة بين النّاس، بحيث يُقابل التزام المواطن بدفع الضرائب للدولة؛ التزام منها بتقديم الخدمات الأساسيّة له بصورة لائقة.

One of the good governance tools, which the decision-maker resorts to help with sharing resources and equitable distribution of wealth among people, in a way that corresponds to the citizen’s obligation to pay taxes to the state; A commitment from them to provide him with basic services in an appropriate manner.
