الطائفية Sectarianism

الانحياز الأعمى للمجموعات الدينيّة أو السياسيّة والتعصُّب للرأي وضيق الأُفق، وعدم تقبُّل الآخر والنّظر إليه بعين النّقص. الطّائفيّة يُمكن أن تظهر على مُستويات مُختلفة: على المُستوى الفردي والجماعي: وذلك من خلال السُّلوك المُتبع والمواقف واللُّغة المُستخدمة. على المُستوى المُؤسّسي: وذلك من خلال التّمييز بحسب الطّائفة التي ينتمي إليها المتقدّمون في إجراءات التّعيين وغيره. وعلى المُستوى الثّقافي: وذلك من خلال تكريس ثقافة الطّائفة، والتّمييز بين البشر بناءً على ذلك .

Blind bias towards religious or political groups, fanaticism of opinion, narrow-mindedness, and lack of acceptance of the other and looking at him with inferiority. Sectarianism can appear on different levels: on the individual and collective level: through the behavior followed, the attitudes, and the language used. At the institutional level: by differentiating according to the sect to which the applicants belong, in the appointment procedures, and so on. On the cultural level: by perpetuating the culture of the sect, and distinguishing between human beings according to that.
