التواصل غير اللفظي Nonverbal Communication\Interaction

عمليّة التّواصل غير اللّفظي بين أطراف النّزاع، وذلك من خلال إرسال واستقبال رسائل مُعيّنة عن طريق استخدام لُغة الجسد (الإيماءات، تعابير الوجه، الصّمت، نظرات التّرحيب ونظرات التّحدي( يُعتبر أداة كاشفة في يد الوسيط وكذلك مُيسّر الحوار، يستطيع من خلالها قراءة ردود أفعال الأطراف، والتدخُّل في الوقت المُناسب تجنّباً لاحتمال التّصعيد في وتيرة النّزاع.

The process of non-verbal communication between the parties to the conflict, through sending and receiving specific messages using body language (gestures, facial expressions, silence, welcoming and defiant looks) is considered a revealing tool in the hands of the mediator as well as the dialogue facilitator, through which he can read the parties’ reactions and intervene in a timely manner to avoid the possibility of an escalation in the pace of the conflict.
