التمييز العنصري Racial Discrimination

انتهاك مبدأ المُساواة وتكافؤ الفُرص، من خلال استبعاد أو تقييد أو تفضيل أو تمييز لأشخاص على أساس العرق أو اللّون أو الجنس أو الأصل أو الدين. التّمييز العُنصري يطعن في حُقوق وحُريّات الإنسان اللّصيقة بالشخصيّة، والآن هي محل تجريم دولي عام وشامل.

Violation of the principle of equality and equal opportunity, by excluding, restricting, favoring, or discriminating against persons on the basis of race, color, sex, origin, or religion. Racial discrimination challenges the rights and freedoms of human beings that are closely related to the person, and now it is the subject of a general and comprehensive international criminalization.
