التشبيك Networking

تلك العملية الحيوية المعبرة عن التعاون والعمل المشترك بين أعضاء أو جهات لهم اهتمام مشترك. فمثلا في مجال بناء السلام يعد التشبيل المُساعدة في بناء علاقات تكون ناتجة عن تقوية القواسم المُشتركة لأطراف النّزاع، وحثّهم على الاستفادة منها والوصول معاً إلى تسوية مقبولة. ويُعد التّشبيك ضمن أدوات التدخُّل في النّزاع، والتي تضمن اكتشاف كُل طرف لمزايا البحث عن حل للأزمة بدلاً من الصّمت وعدم الاكتراث من استمرارها.

That vital process which expresses cooperation and joint action between members or parties who have a common interest. For example, in the field of peacebuilding, networking is helping to build relationships that result from strengthening the common denominators of the parties to the conflict, urging them to benefit from them and reach an acceptable settlement together. Networking is one of the tools for intervening in the conflict, which ensures that each party discovers the advantages of searching for a solution to the crisis instead of silence and indifference to its continuation.
