التدخل الإنساني Humanitarian Intervention

إجراءات عاجلة؛ تهدف إلى حماية السُّكان المدنيين المُعرّضين للخطر نتيجة العنف. يستخدم بعض المُحلّلين هذا المُصطلح بالتّبادل مع مُصطلح «التّدخُّل العسكري »وبصفة عامّة وبالمزج بين المُصطلحين؛ يُمكن أن يكون التّدخُّل الإنساني عسكري أو غير عسكري، وذلك وفقاً لطبيعة النّزاع الجاري ومدى إمكانيّة تحقيق هدف الحماية من دون حاجة إلى القيام بأعمال عسكريّة

Urgent actions; that aim to protect the civilian population at risk as a result of violence. Some analysts use this term interchangeably with the term “military intervention” in general and by mixing the two terms; Humanitarian intervention can be military or non-military, depending on the nature of the ongoing conflict and the extent to which the objective of protection can be achieved without the need for military actions.
