التأطير Farming

عملية تعريف للمشكلة وتحديد لماهيتها وأبعادها وحدودها. إذ يمكن تشبيه هذه الممارسة بوضع إطار حول صورة ما، بما في ذلك إبراز لبعض أجزاء هذه الصُّورة واستبعاد أجزاء أخرى منها. وطبقاً لهذه الرؤية، يُمكن للناس تحديد بعض جوانب المشكلة على أنها مهمة، في حين أنهم يتجاهلون أو لا يُدركون  جوانب أُخرى منها. علماً بأن الطريقة التي يتم بها طرح قضية ما تؤثر بشكل كبير على القرارات والأحكام المُتعلّقَة بها. جديرٌ بالذّكر أن التأطير؛ يدخل ضمن أهم الأدوات المُستخدمة في عمليّة تيسير الحوار.

The process of defining the problem and its nature, dimensions, and limits. This practice can be likened to placing a frame around an image, including highlighting some parts of the image and excluding other parts of it. According to this vision, people can identify some aspects of a problem as important, while they ignore or are unaware of other aspects of it. Knowing that the way an issue is presented greatly affects the decisions and judgments related to it. It is worth noting that framing; is among the most important tools used in the process of facilitating dialogue.
