الإدارة الذاتية Self Management

هي إدارة المواطنين أنفسهم للجمهورية بشكل مباشر حيث تمنحهم الإدارة الذاتية إمكانية المشاركة في سلطات اتخاذ القرار الموزعة على مختلف مستويات التنظيم الاجتماعي.

It is the direct administration of the Republic by the citizens themselves, whereby the Autonomous Administration gives them the possibility to participate in the decision-making powers distributed at the various levels of social organization.
