اعتراض الضمير

رفض أداء الخدمة العسكرية أو تلبية نداء العلم، يتأسس هذا الرفض جوهريًّا على قناعات شخصية تحتج بالفريضة الأخلاقية و/أو الدينية التي تُملي الاحترام غير المشروط للحياة الإنسانية، فتحرِّم إراقة الدم، ومن ثم “حمل السلاح”.

Refusal to perform military service or meet the call of science, this refusal is based essentially on personal convictions that invoke the moral and/or religious obligation that dictates unconditional respect for human life, forbidding bloodshed, and thus “carrying arms.”
