إعادة الإعمار Reconstruction

عمليّة إعادة بناء وإصلاح البنى التحتيّة والفوقيّة المتضررة نتيجة الحرب أو الكوارث الطبيعية، وذلك من خلال تخصيص موازنات ماليّة داخليّة وأُخرى خارجيّة في شكل مُساعدات. تُعد عمليّة إعادة الإعمار؛ واحدة من أهم الحُلول الحقيقيّة لإعادة النّازحين مرّة أخرى إلى الديار. فهي تُساهم في بناء الهياكل الأساسية السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية المتدهورة أو المتضررة لبلد ما أو إقليم، بهدف إرساء قاعدة لتنمية طويلة المدى.

The process of rebuilding and repairing infrastructure and superstructures damaged as a result of war or natural disasters, by allocating internal and external financial budgets in the form of aid. The reconstruction process; is considered one of the most important real solutions to bring the displaced back home. They contribute to building the degraded or damaged political, social, and economic infrastructure of a country or region, with the aim of laying the foundation for long-term development.
