الأطراف المباشرون) الرئيسيُّون( المُتأثرون بصفة أساسيّة والمؤثرون في استمراره ونتائجه، والأطراف غير المُباشرين (الثانويين) المتأثّرين أيضاً منه لكن بصفة استثنائيّة.

The direct (main) parties, who are primarily affected and influence its continuation and results, and the indirect (secondary) parties, who are also affected by it, but on an exceptional basis.
