مفاوضات Negotiations

تعتبر المفاوضات من أقدم الوسائل التى أستخدمت في تسوية المنازعات بين الأفراد والجماعات، وأكثرها شيوعاً وأقلها ازدحاماً بالتفاصيل. وعرفت المفاوضات الدولية بأنها تبادل الرأي بين دولتين متنازعتين بقصد الوصول إلى تسوية النزاع القائم بينهما.

Negotiations are one of the oldest methods used in settling conflicts between individuals and groups, and the most common and least crowded with details. International negotiations are defined as the exchange of opinion between two conflicting countries with the aim of reaching a settlement of the conflict between them.
