حق الجمهور أو المنظمات المعنية في سؤال جهاز الحكم بمنظمة عن القرارات والسياسات المتعلقة بمنظمتهم وواجب جهاز الحكم في إعطاء كشف حساب عن قراراته وممارساته للأطراف المعنية وفقًا لآليات ومبادئ متفق عليها.
