النهج الشمولي Holistic Approach

نهج قائم على الحقوق لوضع البرامج، يهدف إلى الحرص على أن جميع الأشخاص الذين قد يكونون في خطر أن يُستبعَدوا، يستطيعون الوصول بشكل متساوٍ إلى الخدمات الأساسية، ولديهم رأي في تطوير تلك الخدمات وتنفيذها. وهو يتطلب من المنظمات أن تبذل جهودًا فعلية لمعالجة وإزالة العوائق أمام الوصول إلى الخدمات. ويشير الشمول أيضًا بمعناه الأوسع إلى توفير بيئة مرحّبة لجميع الأطفال، وإلى تصميم خدمات لتلبية احتياجات الأطفال على تنوعهم

A rights-based approach, when preparing programs, it aims to ensure that all people who may be at risk of being excluded have equal access to essential services, and have an opinion on its development and implementation. It requires organizations to make effective efforts to treat and remove barriers to accessing services. The Holistic in its bigger meaning also refers to providing a welcoming environment for all children, and to designing services to meet the needs of children of all kinds.
