سيادة القانون Rule of Law Law Supremacy

مبدأ سياسي، الغرض منه هُو احتكام جميع المواطنين إلى القانون، وإنفاذه من قِبل الدولة بنزاهة وتجرُّد دون تفرقة ولا اعتبار لجانب السُّلطة أو النُّفوذ. مثال ذلك: ضرورة تقديم أصحاب النُّفوذ للعدالة حال ارتكاب أيّ منهم لجرائم، وعدم استثنائهم من تطبيق القانون مثلهم مثل باقي المواطنين.

A political principle, its purpose is to make all citizens resort to the law and to enforce it by the country with integrity and impartiality without discrimination and without regard to the aspect of power or influence. For example the necessity of bringing the people of influence to justice if any of them commit crimes, and not being excluded from applicating the law like the rest of the citizens.
