الحوكمة Governance

الحوكمـة هـي مجموعـة مـن القواعـد والقوانيـن والمعاييـر التـي تجـري بموجبهـا إدارة المنظمـات والرقابة ويقـع علـى عاتقهـا مسـؤولية تنظيـم العالقـة بيـن جميـع الاطراف فـي المؤسسـة وأصحـاب المصالـح وتسـاعد القائميـن تحديـد توجـه وأداء المنظمـة ويمكـن مـن خلالهـا حمايـة المصالـح.

Governance is a set of rules, laws, and standards under which organizations are managed and oversight, and it takes the responsibility of regulating the relationship between all parties in the organization and the stakeholders and Helping those in charge determine the direction and performance of the organization, and through governance, interests can be protected.
