الحوار Dialogue

عملية تبادل للأفكار والآراء ووجهات النظر المتعلقة بموضوع إشكالي؛ بغرض التعرّف على معتقدات الطرف الآخر ومشاعره واهتماماته واحتياجاته، والوصول معه لتفاهم مُتبادل. يفترض الحوار إصغاء كُل طرف للآخر بشكل مُنفتح وغير عدائي، فهو بخلاف الوساطة، لا يستهدف بالضرورة؛ الوصول إلى قرار ما أو توصية خاتمة.

A process of exchanging ideas, opinions, and viewpoints on a problematic topic to getting to know the other party’s beliefs, feelings, interests, and needs, and reach with him to a mutual understanding. Dialogue presupposes that each side listens to the other in an open and non-aggressive manner. Unlike mediation, it is not necessarily targeted by Arriving at a conclusion or recommendation.
