حقوق الإنسان Human Rights

الحقوق التي يتمتع بها الفرد بصرف النظر عن موطنه أو جنسيته أو عرقه أو انتمائه الإثني أو لغته أو جنسه أو ميوله الجنسية أو قدراته ويسري العمل بهذه الحقوق حين تشرعها الاتفاقيات أو العهود أو المعاهدات أو حين تدرج عرفًا في منظومة القوانين الدولية.

The rights people are entitled to, irrespective of their citizenship, nationality, race, ethnicity, language, sex, sexuality, or ability. Human rights become enforceable when they are codified as conventions, covenants, or treaties, or as they become recognized as customary international law.
