الإبادة الجماعية Genocide

الأعمال الرامية إلى تدمير وإفناء جماعة ذات أصل إثني محدد) عرقي، ديني، مذهبي أو لُغوي( على نحو واسع وممنهج سواء أكان ذلك بصورة كلية أو جزئية، من خلال القتل أو الأذى الجسدي أو النفسي أو العنف الجنسي أو ظروف المعيشة غير المأمونة أو فرض تدابير تستهدف منع الولادة داخل الجماعة أو تهجير السُّكان قسرياً.

The widespread and systematic destruction and annihilation of a group of a specific ethnic origin (racial, religious, sectarian, or linguistic), whether in whole or in part, through murder, physical or psychological harm, sexual violence, unsafe living conditions, or imposition of measures it aims to prevent birth within the group or forcibly displacing the population.
