القُدرة على عدم التحيُّز أو الميل إلى أيٍّ من أطراف النّزاع، والتزام الموضوعيّة في النّظر إلى القضيّة موضوع الأزمة والكيل فيها بمعيار واحد.

The ability not to be biased or inclined toward any of the parties to the conflict, and to be objective in looking at the issue that is the subject of the crisis and measuring it with one standard.
